How to Order
Ordering wholesale from Toadstool Farm Art is easy. The most
convenient way to order is to simply place an order through our
secure online shopping cart. To do so, you MUST include your
business name and resale number on every order. Your business
name can be supplied in the appropriate space when you check
out. Your resale number must be filled in under the Notes / Instructions
space. If you do not include your resale number and Business name,
we will contact you to get it via email or phone, but we will not fill the
order until you can provide it to us. We will also be happy to take
your order via an email at info@toadstoolfarmart.com. Just give
us your shipping and billing information, and list the items you'd
like and how many of each. We will create an invoice for you
and let you know your total, and discuss method of
payment, which can be via credit card phoned in,
or paypal if you prefer, or a business check
or cashiers check, or money order.

***Please note we have naughty pixies occasionally messing with

Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions for ordering wholesale
through Toadstool Farm Art. Knowing these ahead of time will help to
make sure your order can be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our order minimum currently for wholesale is $50.00. There are currently no item minimums. And there are no minimums on reorders.

You MUST provide a current resale number with every order. This can be typed into the Notes/Instructions space on your online order form, or can be sent along with your order if you prefer to email/phone/fax/mail it.

Lead times for wholesale will depend on the size of your order, but you can generally expect to receive it within two weeks. We do ask for up to six weeks for very large order or orders with backordered items in them. Thank you!

Shipping is charged based on how much you order. There is a flat $3.50 handling fee to start with. Every item you order will add anywhere from $.25 to $2.00 to your shipping fee depending on weight and bulk. Most items, like our prints, will be closer to the $.25 than not. But our very heavy slate Stones will be more.

We ship generally using USPS Priority Mail. And our online ordering system is configured to represent that cost. If you would prefer another method of shipping,you will find it more convenient to order via email or phone/fax so that we can adjust your shipping charges accordingly.

Accepted methods of payment include all credit cards, paypal, Money Order or Cashier's Check, or a Business Check, which will need to be cleared before we ship. We do not accept Net 30 on first orders. However, it may be established on subsequent orders.

We stand behind our products. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order to discuss returns or exchanges. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Due the ever changing nature of art, we do not currently offer a hard copy printed catalog of our products. We tried and found it impossible to keep up to date with our newest prints, cards and other items. This website is our only catalog, however, we are always available by phone or email to discuss your order with you and help you choose the best items for your particular needs or to help with how best to display our products for maximum exposure in your shop which results in maximum sales!
