ManeBags come in two sizes,
long and short. We recommend getting longer
ones for horses with either very long or
very thick manes. Short ManeBags are for
horses with shorter, or finer manes. Basically,
the bag needs to be able to fold in half
with all the braid in one half.
The Bags come in sets of
eight. We recommend using 6-7 braids on
the average horse, so this will give you
at least one extra, because much as we love
them, horses do like to do everything they
can to make our lives difficult ( we think
they do it for the entertainment value of
watching us go all red in the face and start
stammering.), and they will find a way one
day to break all the strings off of a mane
bag. You will need a replacement.
We
ship wholesale orders via UPS to all orders
in the United States. International orders,
including Canada and Mexico, will have varying
shipping methods depending on your location.
All
bags are made to order so please allow 2-4
weeks to receive your order, though we try
to make them and ship them as fast as we
can.
