Order by phone.  To place an order by phone, please call (818) 567-4437, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You'll reach our voice mail and can either order there (please be prepared to leave your name, shipping and billing addresses if different, phone number, credit card info (including name on card, number and expiration date), and your order including items and quantity), or you can leave us a message and we'll call you back to walk you through the order if you would prefer it.

Shipping charges of $10.00 are added to your order automatically, no matter the size of the order ($15.00 to Canada and $25.00 elsewhere in the world) . Obviously, the more you order, the more you save on shipping costs-woohoo, we all win on this deal! This shipping goes to ensure that your order is packed and handled with the care that the glass and the sealing wax requires.

We accept all major credit cards, or prepayment by check or money order.  There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks. We ship USPS Priority, but can ship another way if you prefer for any additional charges your carrier occurs. 

We believe in our products, if you dont like it, please return it within ten days for a credit or refund.
